REGULATIONS OF LAKE HOUSE CARE SERVICES:
1. Office hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00 pm.
2. All Hourly Services are billed per person;
3. Hourly Services will incur a $5.00 fuel/trip charge;
4. Services requested for after hours and Saturdays, Sundays, will be billed at Time-and-a half;
5. Services requested for Holidays will be billed at Double Time.
6. First hour charge with hourly services.
7. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations to avoid being charged;
8. Invoice due: 21 days. Late invoice’s fee after 7 days will be charge 10% of total amount.
9.  Lake House Care Services is not responsible for delays for Services being rendered due to Road Conditions, Storms and Power Outages!
